Enhance your protection with a security label (Optional)

For even greater security, you can purchase our security protection label with a unique QR code. It deters thieves and allows anyone to easily see that the bike is protected.

If your bike is stolen, you mark it as stolen. We will immediately add it to the public list, and anyone can then look it up using the serial number or QR code.

Why register

A bike is more than just a means of transport. Give it the protection it deserves — and yourself peace of mind.

Why register

Theft prevention

Visible registration and an optional security label discourage thieves. A registered bike has a clear owner.

Reducing the black market for bikes

By registering, you help fight the black market. Bikes become traceable and therefore less attractive for resale.

Everything in one place

All details about your bike (photos, frame number, equipment) are securely stored in your account. You have them at hand anytime.

Quick theft reporting

In case of theft, you can instantly mark your bike as stolen. We notify the community and the authorities.

Verification by police and the public

Thanks to the public database, anyone can verify a bike’s origin — police, secondhand dealers, and finders. This increases the chance of recovery.

Notification upon recovery

As soon as your bike appears, you’ll receive an immediate notification by email or in the mobile app.

Register a bike

A registered bike is a less attractive target for thieves.

Unique QR code

Each security label carries its own QR code, linked to a specific bike registration.

2

Color printing

Modern multilayer printing ensures not only an attractive appearance but also long-lasting durability and legibility of all label elements.

3

Durable polycarbonate

The label is made of durable polycarbonate, which resists mechanical damage as well as weather conditions. When someone attempts to remove it by force, the material breaks, preventing any inconspicuous removal.

4

High-strength adhesive

The special adhesive layer ensures extreme grip and permanent attachment to the frame surface. It makes removal without damage difficult and protects against tampering.

Special composition resists water, sunlight, and tampering attempts. If someone tries to remove the label, it will be destroyed.

Durable polycarbonate

The label material is extremely resistant to damage and weather. When forcibly removed, the material breaks, making discreet removal impossible.

Easy application

Stick the label onto a clean and visible surface — installation takes just seconds.

Theft protection

The label clearly signals that the bike is registered. Thieves prefer to avoid such bikes.

Dimension

30 × 48 mm – compact yet easy-to-read size.

The protection label is not just a sticker

It’s a psychological and practical barrier for anyone who might want to steal or resell your bike. Combined with public registration, it forms a system that truly works.

Frequently asked questions

Got questions? We’ve got answers. Everything you need to know about bike registration and protection.

Registration

Anyone. Registration is available to everyone, and if your bike is already stolen, you can add it to the system for free.

Yes, but if you choose to register with a security protection label, each bike must have its own label and unique code. You need to purchase a separate set for each bike.

If the frame number is missing, we recommend providing as much additional identifying information as possible (e.g. photos, description, components). For better traceability, we recommend registering with a security label.

Registration is verified either when purchasing at a partner store or - in the case of online registration - based on the attached proof of purchase or other documents.

You’ll find the activation code inside the envelope of the security protection label. It is used to activate the label if you purchased it from an authorized partner. If you bought the label online, no code is needed — registration happens automatically.

Bicycle

Log in to your account, open the bike detail and click on the “Report as stolen” or “Edit status” button. The changes will be reflected in the system immediately.

Add it to the system as soon as possible! Provide all available information and mark it as stolen. Then we’ll show you a checklist to help increase the chances of recovering it.

The registration is permanent, but you can transfer the bike to a new owner by entering their email address. Once the transfer is confirmed, you will no longer have access to the bike.

Thieves often sell bikes to well-meaning people. Thanks to our publicly available database, anyone can check whether a bike is registered or stolen – including shops and the police. This way, we regularly help find stolen bikes.

Yes. The public availability of frame numbers significantly increases the chance of finding a bike and deters thieves. However, we never publish the owner's details - they are fully protected.

Delivery

After payment, delivery takes approximately 14 business days, depending on the conditions of the carrier and the country of delivery. However, we usually ship faster.

Account

Log in and click the “Register a new bike” button. Select a product, complete your order, and the new bike will be automatically added to your account.

In your account, click on a specific round → "Photos" tab → select the file and upload. Uploading is free.

Log in, go to the "My Bikes" section, click on the photo and use the delete or edit button.

Other

Technically yes, but it is very unusual. We actively monitor suspicious behavior and prevent database abuse.

Your personal information is never publicly available and is not shared without your consent. Bike information is public, but without any link to the owner. You can edit or delete your registration at any time - we just believe that a public record is the most effective way to protect your bike.
